Twenty-year milestone for UCEN Manchester relationship with Cisco

UCEN Manchester CISCO partnership

UCEN Manchester has now been part of the prestigious Cisco Networking Academy for two decades

UCEN Manchester has now been part of the prestigious Cisco Networking Academy for more than two decades, supporting students to earn valuable computing qualifications.

The Academy is a global IT skills and career building programme offered through our Cisco CCNA course for higher education students and is widely recognised as a leading accreditation.

Tutor Paul Ashby has managed our relationship with Cisco since it began. He said: “Cisco is a globally renowned leader in computing and networking, so maintaining this relationship over the last two decades has ensured our computing courses are at the forefront of education.”

UCEN Manchester was one of the first institutions to become a regional academy with Cisco in 1998, back when our organisation was Manchester College of Arts and Technology.

Since then, around 6,000 of our students have become part of the Cisco Networking Academy.
